Joining Troop 236

Most Scouts in Troop 236 "bridge" or cross over from Cub Scouts into Boy Scouts in February or March of each year.  However, any boy can join the Troop without any Cub Scout experience, at any time during the year, subject to the following criteria established by Boy Scouts of America:

• Be at least 11 years old, or
• Have completed Fifth Grade, or
• Be at least 10 years old and have earned the Cub Scout Arrow of Light.
